Returns

Maison Amiral accepts returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all packaging and labels intact.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, fragrance, or alteration may not qualify for return.

To request a return, contact us at support@maisonamiral.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
